Open Question: Class/lessons issue. Please please answer!.?

Okay so I have a double lesson 2morro n its in my hmegroup room so afta hmegroup I don't hav to go anywhere. I hav an issue about needing to go to the restroom during class so I panic. I have this anxiety problem thing 2. Lessons only 1hour n 45mins n I panic over if I need to use the restroom. My teachers get 'iffy' if a student goes 2 restroom during class and they're trying to ban going there during class. Wen homegroup is over I run to the restroom, then I run to class. My teachers always on time! Please help what do I do??? THis is really serious to me so please no silly answers:) Thanx everybody:)
