Open Question: Cold or just an allergy attack?

So, I'm getting all my wisdom teeth extracted tomorrow and I'm not supposed to be sick since they'll be using anesthesia. I have seasonal allergies and take Claritin which usually works but sometimes I get little allergy attacks. Well, on Sunday I got a sore throat. Woke up on Monday and it got better but still there. Yesterday it completely went away and today I just had a stuffy/runny nose. Also, my urine is bright yellow. Don't know if that has to do with it or not. Anyways, does that sound like a cold or an allergy attack? And if it is a cold, it seems to be getting better day by day so should I be okay for surgery?
