Open Question: How can i stop/prevent my allergies?

My brother has recently got a dog which i like to play with when i go round his house. Within 10 mins of being round my brothers house i start sneezing so im obvioulsy allergic which really sucks!!! What can i do to stop these allergies or at least prevent them??? thanks
