Open Question: how to avoid weight gain with celexa?

i just started taking 20 milligrams of celexa for my anxiety and depression. i heard it causes weight gain so my question is what can i do while im taking it so that it does not cause me to gain weight. preferably i would like to lose weight if i can. i also take clonazapam for anxiety. please respond quickly. thank you.
