I am 17 weeks pregnant and because i am new to thunder bay,ontario no doctor accepts me as a patient .
I have a very very deep depression and it gives me insomnia all the time . can any body tell me what I can take during pregnancy just to help me sleep ?
I have so many cipralex and zopliclone at home from before pregnancy , I was wondering if I can take them or no !
please help ! even if i can take half of ziploclone 7.5 mg it helps me sleep .
is that safe ?
