Open Question: My 12.5 month old little girl has recently switched from Formula (milk based) to whole milk and occasionally?

I wil give her juice. She recently developed a small rash around her mouth. I have been keeping an eye on it and hoping it's not an allergy. Some people have mentioned wiping her mouth more after she drinks. What are your thoughts?
