Open Question: Need some help with a weird question?

Due to anxiety i ask weird questions on here but this by far is the worst. So if i jack off then wash my hands in water and dry them off with toilet paper and flus down toilet. Then like touch anything could sperm still get off my hands and onto the surfaces i touch? wait are the pregnant ones sarcastic or what?
