Open Question: What is the cause of constant upset stomach and fatuige ?
I am feeling tired and fatiuged , I suffer from insomnia , upset stomach and headaches. I constantly have a cold. When I do sleep i am too exsausted to get up after 8 hours. I am a 34 year old mother of 7 , married 3 dogs and a full time job. i would like to be healthier feel better and have more energy to work out and do extra activities with my family. Any Ideas ?
