Resolved Question: I think I might have insomnia?
So, I have regularly been going to bed at 10:30 and just laying there for hours, I try listenig to books on cd, counting, breathing deep breaths,reading, but nothing helps, I just cant get to sleep until like, 1 in the morning, and I have to wake up at 6, so Im always tired and getting unhealthy because im skipping out on breakfast. what do I do? Do I have to take some meds? or is there a routin to get me to sleep faster?
